**Job Summary:**

The Plumbing and Mechanical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor meetings, coordinating with the project manager, managing written correspondence with the general contractor, conducting safety meetings, ensuring safety compliance, handling accident documentation, managing material requisitions, tracking project schedules and labor projections, monitoring training needs, and overseeing time sheets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings in collaboration with the project manager
- Communicate with the general contractor regarding schedule impacts and delays
- Facilitate weekly safety meetings for field staff (unless there is a designated safety person)
- Act as the safety officer for Nash employees and subcontractors (if no safety person is designated)
- Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed and sent to the project manager in case of accidents
- Manage material requisitions to the procurement department
- Coordinate rental equipment needs
- Track project schedules and review labor projections
- Identify and address training requirements
- Oversee the submission of weekly time sheets
