• A Commercial Pipefitter is proficient at reading blueprints, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Commercial pipefitters layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for chilled/hot water.
• Must be able to cut and thread pipe, as well as cut, and fit piping joints
• This individual is skilled in operating both small and medium power tools.
• This individual can productively work by him/herself as well as work as a team with a helper.
• A pipefitter will be expected to push, pull, crawl, or lift 50 lbs
• 3 - 5 years experience in pipe fitting.
